CareConnect helps patients and caregivers understand prescriptions and check herbal remedies for safety. Scan or upload prescriptions or discharge papers to get plain-language medicine details in 7 languages. With dosage alarms, interaction checks, and a recovery timeline, CareConnect makes it easier to manage your, your parent’s, or grandparent’s recovery—all in one app.
Vyshnavi here, part of the team behind CareConnect. Every day, people are prescribed medicines and also reach for a home remedy alongside them, like turmeric, ginger, ashwagandha, or an aunt's home kadha (brew), without knowing whether the two are safe together. That's the need nobody's addressing, and it's what CareConnect is built to solve.
CareConnect aims to bridge that gap; prescriptions and discharge papers get explained by the doctor, maybe. What's never checked is the remedy you take on your own — no one's cross-referencing that against your actual meds.
CareConnect is built for:
Anyone who's ever left a doctor's office confused about their own medication Caregivers managing a parent's or grandparent's meds and recovery Any household where herbal remedies live in the kitchen right alongside prescription bottles
With one scan, you get your full medicine list explained in plain language in 7 languages, plus dosage alarms and AyurBook checking your remedies for safety, with a built-in cooldown so you're never stacking one remedy on another before your body's had time to respond.
I'd love your honest feedback, especially: - What would make this a no-brainer for you? - What would stop you from using this, not just after a hospital stay? - Anything, that would help us make it more valuable and useful!

hey @uma_vyshnavi OCR + messy handwritten discharge papers + 7 languages, how does it work?
thought about adding a shared family view?
@mohsinproduct Heyy!!
CareConnect can currently handle handwritten prescriptions, though we’re still improving accuracy for messier real-world documents.
We also have 7-language support in progress, with some languages partially working already.
And YES to the shared family view 👀! It’s not in our MVP yet, but we’d definitely love to explore it for caregivers and families.
Thanks for the great questions!
This is actually such a cool use case. What made you guys build this in the first place?
