This is a really strong example of solving a problem that’s usually underestimated until you live it.
What stands out is how intentional the constraints are:

From a system design perspective, that’s actually harder than building a “feature-rich” calendar, because you’re optimizing for removal of friction, not addition of functionality.
I’m curious how you’re handling:
