When we started building Caramel, we noticed that most dry cleaning software focused on the POS, while the real operational challenges happened after an order was created. Managing garments through multiple processing stages, capturing detailed order information quickly, attaching photos to document garment condition, and reducing human errors were still everyday challenges. So we built Caramel with a workflow-first approach. We focused on fast and detailed order entry, customizable workflows, garment photo capture, and complete tracking from order intake to delivery. Over the years, we've refined the platform based on feedback from real dry cleaners, making daily operations faster, more accurate, and easier to manage.
