Drive more qualified demos by leveraging video calls with high-value prospects, in real-time, right through your website. Capture intent at the opportune moment to enhance effectiveness and optimize conversions. Empower your SDRs.
I'm Krisztian, the Co-Founder and CEO of Captiwate - today we are launching our real-time sales platform! 🚀 💜
I've spent a decade in the SaaS world, heading the commercial teams of fast-growing scale-ups like SEON or Testgorilla as VP Sales. I think dealing with website visitors is often a "blackbox" for companies, they're spending a lot of money to get visitors on the website, but you don't have a clue if they're ICP or they can only get in touch with you through forms or chatbots.
I wanted to build a product which gives you a lot of data about your website visitor and if the visitor is a potential buyer you should be able to speak with them instantly, right on the website. With all the AI agents and chatbots out there, a real human video call is getting even more valuable.
Our inspiration behind Captiwate came from countless hours spent booking meetings manually, juggling different tools, and struggling to make sure we were engaging with the right leads at the right time. Whether it’s setting up demos for new prospects or scheduling follow-up calls, we wanted to make the entire process smoother and faster, without all the back-and-forth.
One of the most exciting things we’ve seen so far is how Captiwate helps businesses reduce friction. For instance, SaaS companies can now have their demo calls happen instantly with qualified leads while they're on the website, no forms, no waiting - just a one-click starting a video call that aligns perfectly with the buyer’s journey.
We’ve already seen users from a range of industries - including tech startups, consultancies, and enterprise sales teams - use Captiwate to speed up their sales cycles. The best part? It feels natural for users and doesn’t disrupt their workflow.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve or what additional features you’d find most helpful. Thanks again for the support and feedback!
@masump We already have lot of data about the website visitor, like we can identify them on an account and personal level, you can also look for any high-intent activities like if they are visiting the pricing page for example. But we are also working on an AI lead qualification system.
@bereczkrisz this actually sounds so smart. Booking a demo seems to create a so much friction from some. I've been thinking of ways to reduce that and improve conversion on those steps - this may be it! Will try!
getting direct response from a visitor is actually a smart idea. sounds like we go back to the good old 'just call and ask' type of communication. how does it work different time zones? will i need to be up at night answering videos from another side of the world?
@andrew_white_13 You can define your working hours, so the widget is not showing up when you're not available. Also we have an AI chatbot that can jump in if no rep is available.

@bereczkrisz cool. sounds like it can save me from sleepless nights. are you planning on adding ai avatars too?
This is a very intuitive implementation. Do you have any data on how much Captiwate has improved your conversion rate? I'm really curious about that number.
@milan_golovics2 Thanks! It's a short javascript snippet you need to add to the header of your website. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes and you can even do it via Google Tag Manager.

Nice idea! If your company has the sales team set up for something like this I can see Captiwate being a massive benefit and catch more leads before they slip through the cracks!
Bit of a risk that it opens you up to existing B2B customers using it as a call centre for support. Especially if you try to avoid phone support, customers LOVE having a way of calling your team the moment they send a support request or email 😂
@alsal I agree with you, it best resonates with larger sales teams. On the other hand you've options to limit who can call you based on url, geolocation or company.
@bereczkrisz Our sales team is relatively small, but we're looking at scaling, so I'll share with the Head and see if it's something they want to pilot :)
@dimitri_krabbenborg It depends a bit on the audience, people in the US usually are happy about a call on the website. Europeans are a bit more reserved, bit if you call them at the right time based on intent or reach out with a chat message before that works wonders :)

@franksondors Thanks Frank, Salesforge is a power-user of Captiwate. We also did recently a case-study here: https://www.captiwate.com/case-studies/salesforge-increases-demo-volume-by-30

@zhiqi_shi Some companies increased demo bookings by 30% without spending more.
Wow impressive! How easy is it to integrate this for a non-techie person running their website on webflow?

Sounds like a great way to interact with lurking prospects. Do prospects ever get annoyed by this way of reaching out?
