LOVE this! A good hiring/interview process should be mutual, but it generally feels like hiring managers hold all the power. Managers are always back-channeling for candidate references so a solution like this that helps make the process more equitable for the candidates seems essential - and Glassdoor definitely doesn't cut it for startup leader evaluations. Great work and excited to follow along!

I've been waiting for this! Interview processes are often so stressful and time-consuming. Often interviewees are going through the motions and ultimately taking the offer because of how much time they've already put in to then realize they don't work well with their managers. Candor is the way to get ahead of the game and know before they start a long process. So excited to see where Candor goes!

Candor is such a necessary resource for anyone looking to work in the startup world where a lot of honest feedback on what it’s like to work with people is relegated to hush hush back channels. Taking a new job is an incredibly important long term investment in your own career and requires trust in the people you’re working with.
