We’ve been pushing Windows stability updates, and “buttons blink on hover and don’t work” sounds like a serious UI/input bug that we want to squash quickly. If you’re willing, please share your Windows version/build and whether hardware acceleration is enabled, and we’ll pass it directly to the Windows team for investigation. If it’s unusable right now, you’re right to be frustrated.
