Hey All :)

Just a quick update, we've launched the new version of Calndr, AddCal 🎉
https://www.producthunt.com/posts/addcal-2

Check it out here :)

Dave W.
Hello. Love the product! Unfortunately, my test event time is off by an hour. When I create the event, it shows the proper date, time, and timezone. If I open the Google Calendar link, it works as expected. If I open the MS Outlook link, it shows the right timezone but the event starts and ends 1 hour later than expected. I tried using other time zones but that didn't seem to change anything. Any ideas?

@atymic - Hi. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Here's a screen shot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/...

@dave_w Hey Dave, sorry forgot to reply here. This was an issue in an upstream library and i've tested on multiple computers now.

@atymic - Excellent! Thank you for the follow-up, and it is working perfectly for me now! Very useful app!

@dave_w No worries :)

Simple to use and well documented. Took one afternoon to make an "import App event to personal calendar" feature. Thank you so much for this.

@oufikir No worries, thanks for the feedback :D

@atymic Was wondering if bulk event import was something you were considering on your product roadmap?
atymic
@oufikir Not sure exactly what you mean, but we do have an API so you could easily write a quick script to create the events. https://calndr.link/api-docs#stored

Thank you so much! I haven't tried it yet but I will with my next newsletter. One thing I'd ask is if it's possible to add a parameter for a repeatable event (like a class every week for the next 4 weeks, or anything like it). Set it to 0 for infinite or 1, 2, 3... for the number of iterations of daily, weekly, monthly... I don't want to appear pushy, what you are providing for free is already fantastic. But maybe it's something you had not thought about... ;)

@fabienb In the pipeline :)

This is really useful! Could be great if you could select which calendar services you want to add. Although you can easily delete them once you pasted the text.

I can see how this is useful
