@gen_woods1 I was interested in your product. I was planning to do something similar for my Academy, but without using blockchain technology. You may have given me a great ready-made solution! I have a few questions: 1. What is the rationale behind your choice to do Items using blockchain? 2. Are Items always NFTs on the blockchain? Or can they be regular achieves like in my ProductHunt mobile app? 3. I looked at your NFT collection and noticed that it is on the test network https://testnets.opensea.io/coll... I am a frequent user of cryptocurrency wallets, but this caused me some confusion. Items are stored in the Polygon test network? 4. Can I use my MetaMask to claim and store Items? 5. How should my users store their earned items - through your Callback mobile app or are there other options available?

We believe having our items on the blockchain opens up unprecedented opportunities to create an open and collaborative loyalty system. For example, in the rewards requirements section in the Dashboard, you can plug in any existing Polygon or Ethereum NFT. This is a simple but powerful way to incentivize other specific web3 communities that you think might have synergy to join your community. Having items on the blockchain also opens up opportunities to take your items beyond our ecosystem and build experiences around them (e.g. items unlock Discord roles via Collab.land, Shopify discounts, voting on Snapshot, custom dApps, etc.). 2. Yes, items will always be NFTs. 3. That test one is on testnet but all items you create in the Dashboard are on Polygon mainnet! 4. You can connect your wallet in the Callback Wallet app so that you can use your existing wallet! https://docs.callback.xyz/en/wal... 5. @dmytrosem Thanks! Yes, that's a great point. We try to work with a lot of our early users to help them think through the best way to distribute items to reward meaningful engagement. Here's a few effective methods to distribute items: https://docs.callback.xyz/en/das... Going forward, we think integrations that let us reward specific actions in an automated way will be important. Also, we'll be adding some more secure methods to distribute (e.g. single-use claim links).
