Hi Product Hunt! I'm Pierre, the maker. Calendar Timesheet is for freelancers and consultants whose client work is already in Google Calendar, and who rebuild their hours by hand at the end of the month to invoice.
Calendar Timesheet does that part. You tell it once which calendar colours, calendars, keywords or guest email domains belong to which client, and add a rate. After that, every hour, it fills a Google Sheet with each meeting, the billed time and the amount. On the 1st it closes the month: one statement tab per client, ready to invoice, and a short summary email to you.
A few details I cared about:
only the part of a meeting inside the period counts (midnight, month-end), a meeting in two calendars counts once, declined invitations are skipped
rounding to 5, 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, minimums, prepaid hour blocks with alerts
it runs inside your Google account: no account to create, no server, no analytics. The only thing that leaves your account is your licence key, sent to Gumroad to check it
exporting any period up to a year is free forever
It is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Dutch.
