Today, most returned items follow the same expensive path: the customer starts a return, the item ships back to the warehouse, the brand absorbs reverse logistics and handling costs, and resale is delayed until the item is received, inspected, and restocked. But many returned items do not need to create that much waste. Cahoot Peer-to-Peer Returns gives eligible returned items a chance to resell before unnecessary warehouse processing occurs.
