Cadence Calendar helps teachers schedule lessons, manage students, and simplify studio operations. Keep lessons, payments, attendance, and balances in one clean, intuitive application. Automate invoices and ensure you never miss a payment.
The most time consuming activity of any freelancing teacher - whether that be music lessons, math tutors, etc. - is scheduling and invoicing. Self-employed educators can spend hours writing up invoices, rescheduling students, and sending payment reminders. There are currently many software solutions to this exact problem already - e.g. MyMusicStaff, Opus1, DuetPartner, TutorBird. As a current music private lesson teacher, and former (career) software/web app developer, I’m excited to share a new student management platform I developed called Cadence Calendar. I use and completely rely on this to run my teaching studio.
Okay, so what’s different than current solutions on the market? There’s three main problems that I’ve found in existing software — the user experience isn't great (especially on mobile), it’s too expensive, and the calendar syncing takes too long. My goal is to provide the opposite of these things by creating a great user experience (ui/ux), making it cheaper by more than half of what competitors charge, and having near real-time calendar syncing.
What’s next? I need users, and particularly users that like to be "early adopters". Those that like to see a product from inception and have early influence on it's trajectory as this continues to develop. As it currently stands as a complete product, I'm looking for any feedback you may have, feature suggestions, need help navigating the site, or just want to say hi, send me a message! I will continue to add more features in the direction that users want.
