Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Cadence because every interval timer I tried interrupted my workout — an ad between rounds, a paywall mid-Tabata, a timer I couldn't read from the floor.
So Cadence has one rule, enforced by unit-tested code: nothing can interrupt a running timer. No ads ever, no account, no popup between rounds.
What's in it:
• Full-screen, color-coded phases you can read mid-burpee from across the room
• Voice coach ("Last round", "Halfway") + haptics so you never look at the screen
• Standalone Apple Watch app with live heart rate — leave your phone in the locker
• Live Activities + Dynamic Island on iPhone, big grids on iPad
• Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, boxing, run/walk presets + a new workout drop every week
• Pay once for lifetime (Family Sharing included) — or don't; the free tier keeps the full timer engine, no time limit
Out now in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese.
I'd love your feedback — and I've got promo codes for anyone who wants to try Pro. What would you want in an interval timer?

Honestly the no-ads-during-workout rule is a really nice touch, and being able to glance at my watch for heart rate without grabbing my phone makes the whole thing feel way less clunky.
