I built BusinessRadius after noticing how many entrepreneurs and small business owners make huge investment decisions with very little real data. Choosing a business location is often based on guesswork, broker opinions, or intuition — even though location can determine whether a business succeeds or fails. I wanted to solve a simple but important problem: “How can someone evaluate a business location like a large enterprise would, without needing expensive consultants or market research firms?” The idea was to combine real-world location signals like competition density, foot traffic, demographics, nearby businesses, transport access, startup costs, and market demand into a single AI-powered decision platform. The launch process was highly iterative. I started by validating whether AI-generated business feasibility reports could actually provide useful insights for local businesses. Then I integrated multiple public and real-time data sources, experimented with scoring models, and continuously refined the report structure to make the insights more actionable instead of just informational. The goal is to evolve BusinessRadius from a simple report generator into a full business expansion intelligence platform that helps entrepreneurs, franchises, and investors make smarter location decisions before investing significant money.
