Hi PH Fam, I'm back, this time with a personal doodad. This MVP started off as a proof of concept I made for a large enterprise organization. I'm happy to introduce you to: BURST www.sendaburst.com BURST was inspired by the book Creativity Inc. about the founding and rise to power of Pixar. During their early days, the Pixar founders placed a great deal of focus on "early onset alignment" - in other words coming to agreement early in a process instead of later after things have gone awry. How it works: 1. Create a call for feedback (affectionally called a BURST) 2. Fill out the necessary info, including the recipients 3. They respond using simplified answer-cards 4. BURST assembles an AI-powered intelligence document including executive brief, stats, sentiment analysis and breakdowns. It points out all the things you need to consider before taking action. Why it's useful: even today, research indicates strategic alignment explains up to 80% of the difference in performance between organizations. Projects that establish early team alignment can deliver cost performance 6.5% below budget and enjoy 16.8x higher employee engagement. There are few bigger killers of organizational progress and productivity than misalignment between fellow decisionmakers and stakeholders, especially when deploying capital/funds is involved. But enough with the numbers and the corporate stuff. BURST can be used for literally anything that can benefit from consensus: * Ping your family members about what should be for dinner * Send a BURST to your frat/sorority committee about various pledges * Decide which dungeon you're squad is going to raid in WoW This tool was vibe coded by me, no extra help, and I had a blast working on it.
