We are 4 high school seniors currently doing a school project for our Business Incubator class. The idea for BroPay (the name is a work in progress) is to make a free payment splitting app that is more convenient for customers and businesses. Just scan the receipt or input the total, add all your split members, choose your individual totals and pay through one card without worrying about having to wait to get your money back. No fees for users. Restaurants receive the benefit of only being charged 1% of the total fee by us instead of the 3% payments that credit cards usually incur. The website isn’t currently completely ready for use and there are many improvements and features to be added before the site can be completed but we’d like to get feedback, questions, comments, advice, and see how many people would be interested in using our app when we can release it. Any suggested names would also be a huge help!
