Before going to bed, I’d also spend a few minutes meditating while listening to sounds I loved. I found that the right mix of sounds helped me unwind, drift off more easily, and get a more restful night’s sleep. Over time, I started experimenting with different combinations of nature sounds, everyday sounds, and soft ambient audio to create an atmosphere that felt right for me. That experience eventually became the idea behind Breva. I wanted to create a meditation app that doesn’t lock you into a single soundscape. Instead, you can mix the sounds that make you feel comfortable and create a meditation experience that fits your mood and your day.
