Brand24 is a great tool for monitoring the brand mentions on social media.
Pros: Free 14-day trial to test the tool + reasonable pricing for individuals/users who are tracking a single brand.
Cons: None really
Brand24 is a modern approach towards internet monitoring and should be one of the basic apps for an online business caring about its reputation.
Happy to be testing it at picksaas and to recommend it to anybody looking for a user-friendly app searching for positive/negative mentions about your brand or identifying influencers for your marketing campaigns.

Great social listening app for all kinds of businesses. SaaS model makes it easy to jump on board and add new projects whenever you need them.

Brand24 is suitable for al kinds of business. It saves a lot of time and manual work. I haven't tried a whole lot of apps so I can't really compare it.
