I've been using this for a quite a while now and I love it. It has very pleasant UX and variety of sources that could be monitored. I wish you would add some query language to filter out interesting results (-;

Brand24 is a great app, especially if you're a business prone to any type of social media critics (like every type of business, nowadays?). It's just a much better way to know what people are saying about your brand then searching it through Google.

Pros:

alerts about mentions, easy recognition of positive/negative responses, influencers' identification, mobile apps

Cons:

real-time update plan is quite pricey, would love to see FB groups' monitoring some day (probably, technically impossible right now)

Product is great but the pricing scheme is a bit weird. The MAX plan includes 99 users but 25 keywords. I work in a PR agency and we are 5 users but tracking about 50 keywords for our customers. I don't see how 99 users could work on less than 25 keywords. This being said, most of products like this have weird pricing plan and I can't find one that makes sense

A great tool that helps me understand where and how people discuss certain topics like "Alternative to [MyCompetitorName]", "How to [Solve the problem I sell a solution to]" so I can engage personally and try to convert.

Pros:

Social Selling leads to my inbox, every day!

Cons:

Phrases they monitor by default could be shared for customers
