The ultimate Notion companion. Add tasks by voice with AI-filled properties, or see your Notion databases as a native todo list. Hold to record, speak naturally, and Brain2 creates structured Notion pages with titles, tags, due dates, and status filled automatically. Check off tasks without opening Notion. Record meetings up to 90 minutes for summaries and action items. Lock screen widgets. Offline capture. Connects to Slack, Google Calendar, and 5,000+ apps via webhooks.

Hey Product Hunt!
I built Brain2 because I run my entire life through Notion, but adding anything on my phone was painful. Open the app, wait for it to load, find the right database, tap tiny property fields. By the time I got there, the thought was gone.
So I built a voice button for myself. Hold, speak, release. AI structures it and drops a proper database entry into Notion with the title, due date, tags, and status already filled. Not a text dump. A real row in my existing databases.
Then I kept noticing the same thing: I'd add tasks by voice but still had to open Notion to check them off. So I built a simple todo list that connects to my Notion databases. Tap to complete, tap to add. No loading screens.
Friends started asking to try it. I'd literally sit with them, connect their Notion workspace, and install it on their phone. This happened enough times that I figured I should just put it on the App Store.
Here's what my daily use looks like:
"Call mum tomorrow" → Life Todo, due date set
Walking the dog, brain dump a journal entry → structured and timestamped
90 minute product meeting → summaries and action items in Notion
Between meetings, open Brain2, check off three tasks without touching Notion
"Post the Q3 update to the team" → hits Slack instantly
It also connects to Google Calendar, Slack, and 5,000+ apps via webhooks. 8 custom buttons, each wired to a different destination. Lock screen widgets. Works offline.
The todo list is completely free. Voice capture starts free too.
The app is in public beta and I'm actively building based on feedback. I've included a 2 month free Pro code so you can try everything: BRAIN2PRO. If something's rough around the edges, please use the feedback button in the app and I'll fix it up.
I'd love to hear: what apps would you want to control with your voice next? That's what I'm building towards.
Wow, as another Notion power use this works great!
Instead of having different tabs for voice, text and todo couldn't you put it all on the same button on one page... save the click? Maybe you could slide left to hold the record button down for you!
Congratulations!
@constantinou2 Ooo, that's actually a good idea let me look into it!
