Hi ProductHunters, I am Chris, the founder of the Bouncer Bot.
The idea for creating a tool that can automatize some of customer-support actions was raised during working on STAMP (it was featured on the PH).
Each day we were getting tons of emails and messages coming from webchat that asked very similar questions - "When Android app will be available?", or "I have lost my license key, can you send it again?" etc.
The prototype of the Bouncer Bot proved to deal with such actions pretty well. It recognizes the needs of users using machine learning algorithms and acts accordingly (it sends predefined messages or runs external scripts, for instance to do a database lookup).
The core idea behind Bouncer is that it's transparent to the user and it doesn't try to be too smart. I don't want to beat the Turing test - I just want to automatize some repetitive actions.
