Good day everyone, My name is Huy, CEO, and co-founder of BotStar. I would like to address the negative comments from people saying we are scammers on this site. It is simply not true at all. We offered our lifetime deal to customers on JVZoo and Appsumo platforms with massive perks that brought so much stress on the BotStar infrastructure. Coupled with negative business results, we came to the conclusion that we no longer could afford to keep our platform and had to make an announcement to bring down BotStar 1 year after the announcement. It was indeed a painful business decision considering our fate as a company and the fact that we had been working on the software for 5 years up to that point. We then pivoted into a new product and offered our customers to migrate over to this new product. Later on, through internal optimization and our employee's massive effort to bring the cost down, we could keep both BotStar and its sister product. So in the end, our lifetime customers can enjoy both products without paying anything extra. I’m sorry that we as a business failed to communicate and let many people down. Still, at some points, it was truly difficult to keep our startup alive while continuing to honor the lifetime deal with benefits that are too much for us to handle. It was really a good lesson for us. I do hope everyone will continue to enjoy BotStar and look forward to the new chapter in our startup journey. Yours sincerely, Huy

Great, I can do anything about chatbot.

What an absolute joke. I spent hundreds of dollars on their "lifetime" deal, only to have them announce it was being discontinued a few months later and replaced with a completely different software which is not at all what I bought and not useful to me. Total scam. Don't ever buy any deal from these guys in the future.

What would be acceptable is actually giving people the described product they paid for on Appsumo - OR giving them a full refund - not killing product off after taking peoples money.
