Hey Product Hunt! I built BotPlus after seeing how many Shopify customers still get stuck between product questions, buying decisions, and post-purchase support. Most chatbots could answer FAQs, but they weren't really helping customers move through the entire journey. So I took a different approach: build an AI agent that understands the store, its products, and its business context — and can actually help customers with sales and support. That became BotPlus.
