Most "GEO" plugins just generate a useless static llms.txt file. BotPass goes further: it's the first to optimize your site as an entity AI can trust and cite. It detects 50+ AI crawlers, serves them clean Markdown, builds entity schema (JSON-LD, sameAs) and a dynamic semantic-llms.txt, then scores everything with a GEO Score and Entity Equity Score β telling you exactly what to fix. It runs at server level (any theme), never slows your site, and works alongside Yoast & Rank Math.

Hey Product Hunt! π
I'm Pablo, founder of BotPass β and this launch is very personal to me.
I've run a B2B demand generation agency for 10+ years. Last year, something alarming happened: our clients' traffic started dropping β not because of bad SEO, but because AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) were answering their customers' questions directly, citing competitors instead of them.
The problem? There was no way to control HOW AI crawlers read your content.
So we built BotPass: a WordPress plugin that detects 52+ AI bots, serves them clean Markdown, auto-generates llms.txt, injects JSON-LD, and gives you a **GEO Score** to measure your AI visibility.
We've tested it with our own agency clients β sites going from zero AI citations to consistent mentions in Perplexity and ChatGPT responses. π
I'd love to hear from you:
π Has your organic traffic been impacted by AI search?
π Do you know if AI engines are reading your site correctly?
π Special for the PH community: "PHFREE3" β 30% off your first 3 months of Pro or Agency.
Ask me anything! π
Does the GEO Score update live as I make edits, or do I need to trigger a re-scan each time? Curious how it handles sites that publish multiple times a day.
@alyaikcevauwt7Β Great question! The GEO Score doesn't recompute live as you type, but you don't need to manually re-scan either.
It works in three ways:
β’ Auto on save/publish β every time you save or publish a post, BotPass queues a re-score that runs a few seconds later in the background. It's deduplicated, so saving several times in a row won't pile up duplicate scans.
β’ Weekly full refresh β a scheduled job re-audits all published content on a staggered basis.
β’ Manual button β there's an "Analyze GEO Score" button in the post editor if you want an instant refresh.
For sites publishing multiple times a day, this is handled automatically: each publish triggers its own background re-score, and server-side caching keys on the content's last-modified date β so it only recomputes when something actually changed, and high-frequency publishing won't overload anything. π
What's New in BotPass: The GEO Entity Suite
BotPass just took its biggest leap yet β from helping AI read your site to making AI recognize you as a trusted entity and cite you.
For a while, the question was: "Which AI bots are reading my website?" We answered it with crawler detection, clean Markdown, and dynamic
llms.txt. But access and readability were only half the battle.
The real question for the generative era is bigger: "Does AI recognize me as a real, trustworthy entity β and does it cite me with confidence?"
That's exactly what the new GEO Entity Suite is built to solve.
What's inside the Entity Suite
π Entity Audit (KGMID + resultScore)
Find out whether Google actually recognizes you as an entity in its Knowledge Graph β and how confident it is. Without a KGMID, all of your content has a hard ceiling on AI visibility. This is the diagnosis no SEO plugin gives you.
πΈοΈ Entity Gap Radar (5 axes)
Measure your gap against competitors across KGMID, resultScore, semantic coverage, topical authority, and interconnectivity β so you know exactly where you stand and what to fix first.
π sameAs Chain + Entity Home Manager
Create your canonical "entity home" β the single source of truth for your brand β and connect it to Wikidata, Wikipedia, LinkedIn, and Crunchbase. Cross-verification raises your resultScore, reduces AI hallucinations about your brand, and lays the foundation for your KGMID.
π§ Entity JSON-LD Schema (@graph, sameAs, FAQPage, Person)
Inject the structured data that actually moves citations: a connected
@graph
with
@id
, verified
sameAs
links, FAQ markup, and author/Person signals for E-E-A-T.
π NAP Consistency Check
Detect mismatches in your name, author, and product across your site, schema, social profiles, and Wikidata β the kind of fragmentation that quietly dilutes your authority.
π Entity Equity Score β our new north-star metric
A single, aggregated score that rolls entity recognition, schema, verified, sameAs, NAP consistency, semantic clusters, and third-party mentions into one number β correlated with how often, and how favorably, AI engines cite you. It's the metric that turns "AI authority" from a vague idea into something measurable and actionable.
We've also added Fan-out Coverage, a new scoring dimension that measures how much of the query fan-out tree (the sub-questions behind a search) each of your pages actually covers.
Why it matters
SEO gets you onto Google's results page. The Entity Suite gets you inside the AI's answer. As search shifts from ten blue links to AI-generated responses, being read isn't enough β you have to be understood, trusted, and cited. This update gives you the tools to diagnose, build, and measure exactly that.
