The company acts like fraud, charges from the credit card hundreds of dollars without any warning and doesn't react on requests. The user interface has no option to delete credit card informatio nfrom and there is no button to cancel the whole account.

I 100% agree with @david_gruber1. The company is a complete fraud. I don't have access to my account, and I can't cancel the subscription, but they continue to charging money and don't respond to any enquires in chat or support.
