I've seen the incredible potential of conversational AI to automate, improve and reduce the costs of customer and employee support. I found Boost AI, a Norwegian startup with 100s of actual implementations and the most effective Machine Learning approach to Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding, to be a superior technology - outperforming all of the name brand leaders in the space through a colleague in my network. I am convinced that, fundamentally every website should have a forward facing virtual agent powered by conversational AI to address, respond, route and service customer requests in real-time. I am so convinced of the quality of the Boost product that I have joined the firm as Head of Growth focused on expansion in the Americas.

It's lacking a ton of information - pricing, features, integration support, language support, their website is just a nice landing page with a bot, very dissapointing.
