Automate all UI Testing

Existing tools force you to manually script every step or write fragile tests that break with UI changes. Bonobo is different: upload a video of yourself performing a task, and our fine-tuned UI action model deploys agents to learn and replicate it exactly. But wait, there's more! Our automations automatically adapt to UI changes. Record once, automate forever—no scripting required.

Hi everyone! 👋👋 Neil and I built Bonobo after experiencing the pain of UI testing firsthand during our internships. We spent countless hours manually writing test scripts, dealing with fragile tests that broke with every UI change, and navigating slow, cumbersome workflows. When we talked to other teams, we realized this wasn't just our problem—it was everywhere. One engineer at a Fortune 100 company told us their team spent up to 2 months writing a single UI test script. That's why we built Bonobo. No more brittle selectors, no more maintenance nightmares. Try it yourself: - Test our UI action model on our playground — it's surprisingly good at understanding complex user flows - If you can see this working for your team, hop on our waitlist and let's chat - As a thank you, we'll set up a free custom automation for your site

Cool idea! Primarily for web apps or also for mobile apps (React Native)?

@daniele_packard This is primarily for web apps, but the tech can be extended to mobile too!

Interesting approach to UI testing. Recording a real user flow and letting the system learn from it, rather than writing brittle scripts, feels like a significant time saver.

The promise of automatically adapting to UI changes is especially compelling, as test maintenance is typically the most challenging part. Curious how this handles more complex, branching flows over time.

Nice work on the launch.

Hi,

I took a close look at Bonobo via the Product Hunt referral. Turning screen recordings into automated UI tests without coding tackles a real pain point for QA and product teams, the manual overhead of writing and maintaining scripts. The no-code automation positioning speaks directly to that need.

Right now, the top of the funnel focuses on what the tool does more than what users achieve with it. Framing the hero around measurable outcomes, like reducing QA time, eliminating flaky tests, or accelerating deployments would make the value much clearer within the first few seconds of arrival. Also, early proof points (metrics or simple case examples) and more decisive CTAs (“Try Playground”, “Watch Demo”) would improve conversion, especially for technical buyers who need fast justification.

If you’d find value in a concise landing audit with prioritized messaging rewrites and CTA hierarchy tailored to increase trial engagement, I can prepare that as a focused review.

Best,

Paul
