Managed zapier-like flows + UI

Bluebox gives you ready-made AI workflows for real business tasks without building logic, triggers, or automations. Instead of stitching tools together like Zapier or n8n, you get clean AI-powered mini-apps with built-in logic and a user-friendly UI. No setup complexity, no brittle workflows, just workflows that work out of the box.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Yash, the maker of Bluebox. We built Bluebox because most teams don’t want to build or maintain workflows. Tools like Zapier are powerful, but stitching logic, triggers, and edge cases quickly becomes complex. We also noticed that many MCP-based or agent-style workflow tools feel unreliable in practice. They often produce generic text outputs with no real UI, making results hard to trust or act on. Bluebox gives you ready-made AI workflows as mini-apps, with built-in logic and a clean UI so workflows actually work out of the box. We’re early and would love feedback. What workflows do you wish just worked without setup? Thanks for checking us out 🙏

AI mini-app = Managed zapier-like flows + UI

Yash Gupta

We’re starting with two workflows today:

1️⃣ Social Listening mini-app
Automatically tracks relevant posts across social platforms, filters noise, and surfaces what actually matters to your business - leads, feedback, and intent signals.

2️⃣ Mail Screener mini-app
Reviews incoming emails, understands context, and flags what needs action vs what can wait - without you building rules or workflows.

We decided to go the mini-apps route because we noticed a clear pattern:

Most business workflows are repetitive, well-defined, and universal - but existing tools force you to build logic, maintain workflows, or wire together brittle automations.

Instead of asking teams to “build workflows,” we’re shipping ready-to-use, opinionated mini-apps that just work out of the box, with a clean UI and structured outputs.

This is just the beginning.

We’re already working on more mini-apps across sales, ops, and internal workflows - each focused on a single job, but designed to work together as one system.

Would love feedback from the PH community 🙌
What workflow should we turn into a mini-app next?
