Every time I asked an LLM to generate complex SMILES or Python plotting scripts, the JSON parser would crash, or the plots would be stuck in a headless backend sandbox. So, my team and I built BloClaw from scratch to solve this: 🛡️ Zero JSON Errors: We use a proprietary XML-Regex router that forcefully extracts parameters even if the LLM hallucinates, dropping tool-calling failures to 0.2%. 🌌 Interactive 3D Sandbox: We monkey-patch Python execution at runtime to intercept Plotly data streams, pushing them directly to a stunning frontend UI. 🧬 Hardcore Physics: It’s not just drawing. BloClaw natively integrates Smina for blind docking and ESMFold for 3D proteins. We built this to help researchers focus on science, not debugging environments.
