This product is hot garbage, unfortunately. Doesn't blow hard at all, even on the highest setting. Way too expensive, obviously. Yet I would pay 3x the price for a product that worked!

This company is a huge scam. Thousands of backers on Kickstarter like myself have been ripped off. I pre ordered almost 2 years ago, received shipping info that was never updated and when I contacted customer service I received no response. I had to resort to contacting them on Facebook and they blocked me from commenting. They will block and delete your comments and leave only paid comments

If the fan would actually blow more than a feather, it would be nice. The fan is so weak, I did not get any cooling sensation at all. To make matters worse, their return policy is not good. They charge a 25% restock fee (it's awfully hard to put it back on the shelf when it is returned in the original packaging). They also charge you for shipping from them to you AND you have to pay to ship it back to them. And the cost for them to ship it to you is NOT a separate line on the receipt. Don't bother buying this unless they improve the fan. Even then, beware of their crappy return policy.

Has a loud high pitched sound, even when on the lowest setting. Very little air flow, super disappointed in this product.

This product is nothing more than an expensive noise maker. There is little to no air flowing from it and and to get that it has to be on the highest setting which whines very loudly. I wouldn't mind the price if it had delivered what it promised but honestly the noise would've been a deal breaker.

Same as everyone has already said and I wish I had listened to these reviews. It is expensive, does not even work as a basic fan, let alone a 'cooling device. Good luck getting a response from customer service. Not to mention it is so loud that is sounds like it should be working hard to do something but nothing. I know people who have blown farts softer and stronger than this. So mad as I bought it for some guys in the army while they are out deployed. Really false advertisement. Disgrace to Navy or wherever the alleged 'founder' says he is a part of.
