Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, video editing and 2D animation pipeline.
Reviewers see Blender as a powerful, flexible 3D tool that can handle modeling, animation, rendering, compositing, editing, and even file conversion, with many praising its add-ons, active community, and tutorials. Several say it has become good enough for daily professional work and a serious alternative to industry standards. Founders of Umbrel and Expeditione highlight fast material testing, realistic rendering, and optimized world-building. The main complaint is the learning curve: users often find the interface cluttered, complex, and in need of UI polish.

The most user-friendly 3D editor. more than 100 projects have already been implemented!
"I've been using Blender for over ten years for all kinds of 3D-related work. I firmly believe in the project and see that over the years it has developed into a tool that competes seriously with industry standards. I use it every day and trust that it will continue to evolve in the wonderful way it has so far. Hopefully, they'll give the UI/UX a review soon. Then it would be almost perfect."
Despite of the fact I spend 90% of my work time using Zbrush for sculpting, Blender is great alternative to any industry standard software that allows to wear many hats as 3d artist.
