Love it! I used it to onboard a new vendor to my agency. I am really impressed by the quality, drafting a valid agreement with my specific obligations and liabilities in mind. you just saved me a ton of time.
I wasn't expecting much because it's free, but this ended up being much better than the template sites I've used before. No signup, no credit card, and the draft actually reflected my answers instead of feeling generic. Nice work.
As a freelancer, contracts are one of those things I know I should spend more time on, but never do. I tried BizDraft with one of my client agreements and was surprised how tailored it was. It asked the right questions, generated a solid draft in under two minutes, and I could edit everything afterward. Definitely beats starting from a generic template every time.
I've spent way too much time searching for contract templates and wondering whether they actually apply to my state. BizDraft made the process incredibly simple. The fact that it adjusts the agreement based on your situation instead of giving you a one-size-fits-all document is what stood out to me.
As someone who runs their own business as a freelanser, I constantly deal with various contracts and agreements. I tried creating a contract in BizDraft, and after a few edits, I got a finished document ready to use.
What I liked most was the 'Explain' feature - since I don't have time to figure out all the laws myself, it saved me a lot of time.
As for improvement ideas - it would be nice to have the ability to send the contract directly by email. But overall the fact that it's free and I still own the doc outright (no weird licensing, can edit forever) is the main reason I'd recommend this to other freelancers
Tried this out today and was genuinely impressed. The drafting is strong, but the contract explanation feature really stood out. It breaks down dense legal language into something that's actually easy to understand, which is a huge benefit on its own. Looking forward to seeing how this product evolves.
