Most cost tools cover either cloud infrastructure or SaaS subscriptions. Binadox does both, plus AI spend, in one place. Connect AWS, Azure, GCP or DigitalOcean and see spend by account, service and tag, with anomaly alerts and rightsizing recommendations. Automatic discovery finds the SaaS your team actually uses, tracks seats against active users, and flags renewals before they hit. Includes a Terraform cost tracker and an LLM tracker for OpenAI, Vertex, Azure OpenAI and Bedrock.

We started Binadox after watching the same thing happen at company after company: the cloud bill and the SaaS bill are owned by the same three people, but live in completely different tools. Finance exports CSVs from AWS, IT keeps a spreadsheet of subscriptions, and nobody notices the 40 Zoom seats nobody logged into last quarter.
So we built one place for both. Then customers started asking about their OpenAI bills, and we added that too.
The part I'm personally most attached to is the IaC cost tracker. It scans Terraform commits and tells you what a change will cost before it ships, which is a much better conversation than the one you have at the end of the month.
Happy to answer anything about integrations, methodology, or where we still fall short. And if you've got a cost-tracking horror story, I'd love to hear it.
