Hey everyone — I’m Mike, the solo founder behind BillBeam. I built BillBeam after realizing how outdated and frustrating most business software still feels for small businesses and service professionals. A lot of tools are either too complicated, too expensive, or focused only on one part of running a business. My goal with BillBeam was to create something modern, clean, mobile-first, and actually enjoyable to use. What started as a simple invoicing app has evolved into a growing business platform that now includes invoices, payments, listings/services, client management, requests, messaging, and more — all designed to help businesses stay organized without feeling overwhelmed.
