Finally tried Bill Breaker with my roommates last week and the auto-splitting saved me from the usual spreadsheet headache. Wish it had a way to mark recurring expenses like utilities, but overall way cleaner than tracking it manually.
One thing that would make this way more useful for me is a "settle up with Venmo/Cash App/PayPal" button right from the balance screen. Even just a deep link that copies the amount and opens the app pre-filled would save a ton of friction compared to manually typing it out.
honestly the split fairly feature is nice but adding an option to split by percentage or by shares would be super helpful, especially for trips where some people skip meals or activities. right now it feels kind of one-size-fits-all
