Hey everyone! 👋 We’re super excited to finally share BetterBugs.io with you all! 🎉 After working in QA and development for years, we noticed a huge gap in how bugs are reported and communicated between teams. That’s why we built BetterBugs.io—a tool that makes bug reporting faster, clearer, and more collaborative 🐞⚡ With BetterBugs.io, you can: ↪ Capture full/partial screenshots 📸 ↪ Record videos with mic & camera 🎥 ↪ Mark up bugs ✏️ ↪ Leave comments and assign tasks 📝 ↪ Use AI to reproduce bugs and suggest solutions 🤖 ↪ Replay bug sessions with session rewinds ⏪ ↪ Clear cookies with a single click 🍪 ↪ Prioritize bugs based on impact 💥 ↪ Integrate with Jira and other tools to track workflow 📊 ↪ Debugging gets better with integrations of Sentry, LogRocket, and Fullstory 🔗 We’d love to hear your thoughts, answer any questions, and help you get started! Thanks for the support! 🙌 P.S. We're offering flat 50% off till 01/12 (exclusive for Product Hunt)

This is brilliant! And it got better as the demo video went on! Quick question: The intended audience is QA teams communicating with devs, correct? e.g., this is not supposed to be a bug reporting tool for end users (I assume they mostly won't be patient enough to report a detailed bug report)
Nishil Patel
@ohansemmanuel Thank you so much for the kind words, Ohans! 😊 You're absolutely right—BetterBugs.io is primarily designed for QA teams and developers. That said, it’s also a super helpful tool for designers, product managers, customer support teams, and other similar roles.

@nishilp81 Makes sense! Thanks, and good luck with the launch! Upvoted 🎉

💎 Pixel perfection
I have been using it for a while now, love the way it saves my & QA teams time in explaining a bug to devs. The ability to share console logs directly is real fun, it significantly boosts debugging speed and efficiency. Wishing a lots of success on this launch bb crew — @nishilp81 @patelmayankce @viral1010 Congrats folks, You’ve built something amazing! 🚀

This is a much-needed product. I wish I had something when I was working closely with developers It reduces the back & fro and saves the crucial time for the engineering team. Congrats on the launch! @nishilp81
Nishil Patel
@utsavpm Thank you so much, Utsav! Saving time for engineering teams and minimizing back-and-forth is exactly why we built this. Let us know if there's anything else you'd love to see!

That's interesting. Having all the evidences of the user's environment is a clever way to avoid back and forth. I guess remote teams, or support teams sh need this the most. Congratulations on your launch
Nishil Patel
@ankitjaininfo You're absolutely right—having all the evidence in one place makes a huge difference. Thank you, Ankit, for your wishes.

Super helpful tool to know what exactly happening behind the scene while reported bug. The console values, network apis, screenshot and video. There is no missing point to blame each other between QA and Dev team. Congrats on the launch @nishilp81 @viral1010
Nishil Patel
@nishchit14 BetterBugs was built exactly with that goal—to provide complete transparency with console logs, network APIs, screenshots, and videos, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between QA and dev teams. Your feedback means a lot, Nishchit!

As a developer, one of the most frustrating issues that I come across is web debugging. I've often wondered how AI could be applied to this as it often requires a pretty substantial amount of aggregated information to track down. This looks like a huge time-saver and great QA management tool. Awesome launch! 🚀
Nishil Patel
@arivers We absolutely get it, Andrew! That’s exactly why we trained the AI model to tackle these challenges head-on. Appreciate the support!
