Very cool! Curious how you came up with this idea? Also why focus on such a broad set of use cases and potential customers vs. narrowly building for a very specific segment (not to say that's the right approach – just curious!)?

We have started nine months ago with the idea of building a platform for employee benefits (with virtual cards like others do). But because I always wanted more with the same effort, I was still thinking on how we can make a simple tool that covers more use cases (with the same effort on the product dev). And since we have a small team, it makes sense.
We have tried to sell each version to different type of companies and analyzed a feedback from them. Instead of attracting customers by any effort, we've decided to develop that version of the product that could be sold with the least effort, without demo calls and other things. And it happens!
Now we have customers but still have no any sales guys in our team. It's all began to work on their own, and we focus on adding new features (non-monetary custom rewards, direct payments, etc).
Loving how simple this is! One issue I keep running into is making things tied to a purchase or financial incentive. Is there a way to create a referral link and earn rewards based on actions?

Benefit platforms are all created for big enterprise teams. Lots of clutter, you need a person to manage it, and you need to pay a lot to onboard. To put it simply -- not for small startup teams at all. The Benefits platform solves this problem with elegance -- I created a program myself, got nice support, and launched the benefit in one day! Kudos to the creators!
