Hi Product Hunt, I am Seam, one of the two founders of Behind The Workflow. We built it because our own AI work kept falling apart at the same point. The image was finished, the client liked it, and two weeks later nobody could say which prompt, which model or which reference had produced it. Behind The Workflow keeps that record for you. You generate images and video with current models directly in the app, a scanner checks your prompt for legally sensitive content before you spend credits, and every asset stores its prompt, model, version, references and approvals. Client review rounds run on the same record, so feedback and sign-off sit next to the work instead of in a mail thread. The usage view shows where credits go and how much of what a team produces actually gets used. Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act asks teams to be transparent about AI generated content. Because the record already exists, you can export it as a dossier instead of reconstructing it afterwards. What actually gets lost when a team works with AI images?

We are building Behind The Workflow and we launch here on 16 September. Before that I would rather ask than pitch.

In our own work the same thing kept happening. An image was approved, the client was happy, and four weeks later nobody could say which prompt, which model version or which reference had produced it. The knowledge lived in one person's chat history, and when that person was away the whole thing had to be redone.
