In our own work the same thing kept happening. An image was approved, the client was happy, and four weeks later nobody could say which prompt, which model version or which reference had produced it. The knowledge lived in one person's chat history, and when that person was away the whole thing had to be redone.
Behind The Workflow is AI asset management software for creative teams, agencies and studios. Generate images and video with current AI models, scan prompts for legally sensitive content before generation, and keep every asset's prompt, model, version, references and approval on one record. Client review rounds and sign-off run on that same record, and usage analytics show credit spend and output quality per team member. Export the record as an EU AI Act Article 50 compliance dossier.
