before-after: Cryptographic proof for field service photo verification

I built this because I kept thinking about a simple problem that nobody had really solved properly. Field workers finish a job, take photos, and still end up in disputes because photos are just files. Anyone can edit them, backdate them, swap them out. There is no neutral proof of what actually happened. I wanted to fix that without relying on any central authority or backend you have to trust. So I built a system where the math itself is the witness. Ed25519 signatures, SHA-256 hashes, external RFC 3161 timestamp anchoring, GPS stamped. If anything changes after capture, the proof breaks. Instantly. No ambiguity. I am a CS student from Nepal and built the entire backend in Go. It actually works right now.
