Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built BeenuLabs after the specific moment it annoyed you — a review you missed, an app you shipped, a number you saw. Here is the thing that surprised me. Replying to a bad review is not really about that reviewer. They may never come back. It is about the next person — the one reading your reviews with your install page open, deciding. Forty complaints and no replies reads as nobody is home. One thoughtful reply changes the whole page. So why does nobody do it? Because it is genuinely tedious, and because a chunk of your reviews are in languages you do not speak. Mine were in Portuguese, Turkish and Japanese. I was not ignoring those users on purpose. I just could not read them. That is the bit I am most pleased with: BeenuLabs writes the reply in the reviewer's own language, then shows you an English translation of what it wrote — so you can approve a reply you could not have written and cannot read. It turns out that is the whole unlock. Some deliberate choices, in case they matter to you: Auto-publish is off by default. It is your name on the reply. When you do turn it on, it only fires above a star rating you choose, and it stands down on negative sentiment or any keyword you list. Bad reviews reach you fast. Anything under three stars is emailed the moment it syncs, rather than waiting for a digest. Free tier is a real tier. 10 AI replies a month, one app, no card. Enough to answer the reviews actually bothering you and decide whether this is worth anything. It is genuinely early — say how early, and what is rough. Do you reply to your app store reviews? Honest answers only.

Building in this space, and the thing that keeps surprising me is how few apps reply including apps that clearly care about their users.

So I'm curious what the real reason is:

You reply to everything
You reply to the bad ones only
You used to, then stopped
Never have, and it hasn't hurt you
You'd like to, but the reviews are in languages you don't read

That last one is the one I keep hitting personally and I'm not sure how common it is.
