I built BYL because every workout app I tried (Strong, Hevy, Fitbod) assumed I was following a program. I'm not. I walk into the gym and decide what to lift based on how I feel that day. So I built the opposite. BYL logs whatever you do, then surfaces the proof your random Tuesday sessions are still building strength.
