Beat Your Last (BYL) is a workout tracker built for one specific user: the lifter who walks into the gym and decides what to do that day. No 5×5, no 5/3/1, no PPL split — just whatever feels right. Every other workout app assumes you're following a program. BYL is built around the opposite assumption. It logs your workouts and surfaces the data that proves your random Tuesday sessions are still building strength. Per-exercise PR detection, "beat your last" prescriptions when you repeat a movement, insights into what's actually working — without telling you what to do. Free Pro access for the beta period. So I built the opposite. BYL logs whatever you do, then surfaces the proof your random Tuesday sessions are still building strength.
