I just used Beam for the first time. It’s a pain to setup because both my Macbook and iPhone need to install the app. It’s easy, just takes time. The app lives up to its promise. It’s sooo easy to instantly share what’s on your clipboard, text, URL, etc. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t send a push notification when beaming from my computer to iPhone. I have to open the Beam app first.

@rrhoover I didn't find it a pain actually, it was really quick for me. I get the friction of doing that, though. I also had the app open on my iPhone already when I tested it, so I didn't realise it wouldn't notify you. That's a bummer.
