My experience with Baseten Support has been unbelievably bad. All I needed was a simple billing address update - something every normal platform lets you change directly in the UI. But not here. I contacted chat support several times. They never replied once. Not even a “we’ll get back to you.” Silence. Even during their working hours. Why even have a chat support system?! After days of silence, I moved to email. Someone finally responded and assured me multiple times that the billing issue was fixed. Except it wasn’t. I kept receiving invoice after invoice with the same wrong billing address. Ten days of this. And the solution I was eventually given? “Contact chat support.” The same chat support that doesn’t reply at all. If they can’t fix a basic billing field in over a week, and can’t communicate while doing it, I honestly don’t know how anyone can rely on them for anything critical.
