Horrible Customer services no answer email, no tracking number!!!

This is such a great product but the customer service that they offer is the worst thing that I’ve had to experience this is not a cheap machine this is a very high price machine. The best thing that we all can do is contact the Better Business Bureau and put them out of business because what they do it’s just unacceptable it’s not easy to pay $1000 for a product that works whenever it wants to work. And the worst part is that you call customer service and they never contact you back I’ve sent numerous in numerous of emails and nothing no response.

Ordered thishack in November 2019. Three months later, no product. No replies to multiple emails. My husband Tried to message them on Facebook messenger to inquire, and they blocked him. This place is a scam.

Purchased a Barsys on December 3rd of 2019. I haven't received the product. I was told it shipped and that was a lie. They stopped responding to my emails and messages via messenger. Shady company...save your $1000....

So my original purchase was made in November of 2019. Did not receive my Barsys until February of 2020 which was not complete because it was missing the wireless mixer. That no one from the company felt that I should have be made aware of in advance. Only after the fact of me contacting Barsys when it arrived to inform you that it was not in the package. Which you already knew about but elected not to inform me the customer. Now once again I'm having to wait another three months for the wireless mixer. If your company can't be up front and honest, why should I as a customer suggest to other people to purchase any products from Barsys. I having the hardest time completely getting everything that I paid for, in a timely manner. Which has prevented me from enjoying a product that has already been such a disappointment because of the lack of communication from Barsys. May will be seven months and I will not be satisfied with this purchase until it is completed. Barsys LLC web site states the Barsys ships in 10 -12 business days which did not happen. Then when it does arrive three months later it does not include everything as advertised. I want my wireless mixer shipment expedited. Every day that it is not in my possession I'm going to contact the BBB. Maybe they can show Barsys LLC how serious I am. It is 03/25/2020 and I’m still waiting to receive my wireless mixer. I suggest the anyone who has problems with Barsys LLC contact the BBB.

Save your money. They do not ship out the product. Paid back in June and have yet to receive anything or hear from anyone.

Ordered in February, still have not received product and have stopped receiving responses to emails and messages.

These crooks. They will come up with fancy videos to impress. They would take your money and never ship the products. All other buyers here have same experience! Shame on fraudsters. Stay away!

Ordered in December 2019 never received order. They basically stole my cash....
