It looks like a printer that pees into a cup. How does it mix drinks? How does it shake them? From the video, this isn't really "upping" your cocktail game as much as putting it on autopilot... Five ingredients also feels pretty limited...

@chrismessina Felt the same to me. You can maybe gain a few minutes at the end of the day, if you're a barman, but still... It can't crush ice, add sugar, shake, mix, add mint or fruits, add anything other than liquids really. Good idea, bad realization.
I also can't believe this thing will cost $1000.

Save your money. This company may be going under. Ordered in early Nov 2018. Sent them countless emails, tried to call them but can't get through on the 516 area code #, tried to ask questions with their online chat person (he could give me no answer) Billed in Feb 2019 but by the end of March 2019 never received my order. Again I sent emails and tried to call. I put in a dispute through my credit card since they were unresponsive to emails and calls. I would not want this product even if I ever did get it sent. Since the lack of customer service on the order side was terrible, I can only image how bad it would be if something went wrong with the product.
Pros:
NEVER GOT PRODUCT - Terrible customer service. Waited 6 months and no response from company even after I was billed!
Cons:
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Pre-Ordered my product for a Christmas gift. Was told it would ship Dec. 16th and take 6-7 days. I never got any shipping info and it took 3 attempts to get customer service to help me. At one point they just stopped replying. It finally shipped on Dec 30th and arrived January 6th. So much for a Christmas gift! Horrible company with horrible customer service. TLDR: shipped 2 weeks late, horrible customer service
