We built Backfeed because we were tired of juggling user feedback across Discord threads, customer calls, and email chains. Unlike most feedback tools, Backfeed gives you total control with self-hosting or cloud options, all under an MIT license. We wanted a fully open-source, developer-first alternative that gives teams complete control over their feedback workflows.
