How does Axo handle situations where the answer needs follow-up questions to fully resolve what the buyer is actually asking, since payment happens upfront before the conversation starts?
@mnevvermjka one free follow up is given with the purchase of a question. If the creator does not answer the buyers question or free follow up the buyers money is automatically refunded.
How does it handle situations where a buyer asks something really vague and the response takes way longer than expected, is there any kind of escrow or dispute process if the answer isnt useful?
@cumale5f Good questions. If a creator doesnt respond in 5 days - the buyers money is refunded. Buyers are encouraged not to ask vague questions becasue the creator can pick which questions they want to respond to and the odds are lower that they will respond to a vague one. There is a also a free clarification for buyers questions in the case that the creator does answer a vague question
the one-link setup is really well thought out, love that buyers pay upfront before the conversation even starts. removes all the awkward back and forth and just makes the whole flow feel clean.
