AwiFin is client follow-up software for small businesses and startups. It keeps proposals, follow-ups, client promises and approvals in one place, so you always know who needs attention and what to do next. A daily view groups clients by overdue, today, waiting and upcoming, and AI drafts the next message from the client's own history.

👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I built AwiFin after spending way too much time rewriting product updates, answering follow-up questions, and still feeling like stakeholders didn’t really understand what mattered.
AwiFin is built for Product Managers in growing SaaS teams who are expected to regularly report progress to non-technical stakeholders — and want those updates to actually be understood.
I’d love your feedback, especially from PMs who deal with weekly or bi-weekly reporting.
What’s the most frustrating part of sharing product progress in your team today?

AwiFin changed direction - because the original problem was too narrow
AwiFin started around project updates, but while talking to agency founders, I kept seeing a bigger problem:
important client communication was still spread across email, notes, spreadsheets, reminders - and memory.
So AwiFin evolved into a lightweight client communication CRM for small agencies.
It now focuses on:
proposal follow-ups
client promises
approvals
client updates
important conversation context
AI-assisted messages
clear next actions
The goal is simple:
Open AwiFin, see which client needs attention and why, prepare the right message, and move on.
I’d be interested to know: how do you currently track client follow-ups and commitments?
