I'm Jay, the maker. AutoReply AI handles customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and Email for small shops — salons, bakeries, boutiques, clinics, gyms — where the owner's phone is also the support line.

The weird constraint that became the product:

Most AI reply tools either make things up (bad) or hand everything to a human (defeats the point). AutoReply AI answers what's in the owner's FAQs instantly, and when a customer asks about a slot, stock, a custom order, or anything only the owner can confirm, the AI says "let me check with the team" and pings the owner. The owner answers once in the app, and the customer gets it in WhatsApp / IG / Telegram / Email.

So the owner stays in the yes-decisions. The AI handles everything they've already answered a hundred times.

Three things that might be interesting:

• It's live globally. Starter ₹499 / $8 a month for WhatsApp. Pro ₹1,499 / $19 for Instagram & Telegram. Business ₹3,499 / $40 for Email. India pays in rupees via Razorpay, everyone else in dollars via PayPal.

• No free tier on purpose. Every customer pays. Day-one filter for people who actually run shops.

• Scam protection built in. Fake "your parcel is on hold, pay ₹25" messages get flagged and the AI sends nothing. The owner sees why.

What's not perfect yet:

• Reply time is ~5s median on my test data. Should be under 3 with some work.

• No Shopify/Wix inventory sync yet (that's year two).

• Only English, Hindi, Hinglish and Marathi are tested on the AI voice side.
